2024 was a fantastic and busy year for making and selling.

I kicked off in May with the annual Anglian Potters event at Hyde Hall, Chelmsford.  I've been selling here for a few years now and it's always lovely to see returning customers and meet new ones. Particularly popular this year were noodle bowls in all the colours.

 

Next up were the second and third Anglian Potter events at the lovely (and slightly windy!) Walberswick and Southwold.  At Southwold in July we left our pots for the week in the Conservative Club and took turns selling each others pots. We all had a lot of fun. Walberswick in July was its usual friendly weekend with lots of potter friends.
 

I was super happy to be back with the Potfest family at Haughley in August. Again, plates and noodle bowls were a hot favourite - along with the weather - scorchio!!!

The rest of the summer was spent re-stocking the shelves ready for my favourite show,  Pots in the Pens at Melton Mowbray.  It was lovely to be back and see all my friends and fellow potters here. It was a fantastic and very successful weekend and the car weighed a lot less on the way home ;)

2024 was a first for me with joining in with the fabulous Art in Clay Farnham! I was so happy to be accepted and it certainly didnt disappoint! Sold lots of pots (received a couple of welcome commissions) and bumped into quite a few of the famous and good:) all in the beautiful Barley Room at the Maltings.

 

My final fairs were at the excellent Blackthorpe Barns Christmas weekends, run by the lovely George and Katie:)

The weather was blowy but it didn't stop people from coming and purchasing which was a fabulous end to the year.
